How to Request a Bulky Item Pick-Up in San Bernardino (And other useful trash services)

  2. What Counts as a Bulky Item

    • Furniture, mattresses, appliances, TVs, computer monitors, scrap metal, wood, tree branches, and up to 2 tires per service.

  3. Schedule Your Pick-Up

    • Call Burrtec Customer Service at (909) 804‑4222 at least one week before your regular trash day.

    • Provide your address and list of items.

    • Burrtec confirms your pick-up date.

    • Ensure items are placed at the curb by 6 a.m. on the appointment day.
