The Go SBCity App, available on both Android and iPhone, empowers residents of San Bernardino to report code enforcement issues and request city services quickly and easily — all from their smartphone.

Whether you’ve spotted illegal dumping, graffiti, stray animals, building code violations, or sub-standard housing, the app provides a direct line to the City of San Bernardino to get the issue addressed.

Here’s how it works:

1. Download the App:

   • Search for “Go SBCity” in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or you can download it from the city’s website. The app is free.

2. Open the App & Tap “New Request”:

   • Once inside, click “New Request” or “Submit a Report.” You’ll see a menu of categories such as:
